For those approaching Caerleon from Cardiff, there is no direct exit from the Junction 25. Either exit at Junction 26, and join the relief road, following signs for Caerleon, or travel to Junction 24 and use the roundabout there to make a U-turn, to approach Junction 25 from the East.Take B4596 Caerleon Road to Caerleon (2 miles)Cross over Caerleon Bridge (River Usk)
Follow one-way system though Caerleon Village past the Olde Bull Inn on your right, continue straight on past the Museum and past Caerleon Endowed Junior School on your left
Turn left into Lodge Road.
Turn 1st left into Cold Bath Road.
